Program Description:
Mercer's Environmental Specialization offers the only Environmental Engineering related Program in the state of Georgia at the undergraduate level. Graduates easily find employment in Georgia and throughout the southeast in consulting firms, industry, regulatory agencies, and municipalities. Topics explored build upon basic sciences, mathematics, and traditional engineering to include water and wastewater treatment, air pollution control, solid waste systems, public health, atmospheric chemistry, and bioremediation.
