Center for Excellence in Engineering Education

Teaching is the primary concern of the faculty at Mercer University School of Engineering. Research is an important corollary, often involving undergraduates and directly related to the subjects that faculty are teaching.

The School of Engineering's Center for Excellence in Engineering Education explores innovative teaching methods and techniques for integrating technology into the classroom.

The Center's mission is to support faculty in their efforts to create new approaches to learning that actively involves students.

As an integral part of the CE3, students serve as Instructional Technology Assistants, and provide technical support to engineering faculty who wish to develop and post educational materials to the Web. For more information on CE3 activities, contact Dr. Helen Grady, Director, at 478-301-2211 or grady_h@mercer.edu.
