Mercer environmental specialization alumni can be found across Georgia and the Southeast, working on projects such as wetlands mitigation, minimization of process effluents, remediation of contaminated soil and ground water, and the design of new solid waste facilities. Others are applying their broad engineering knowledge to associated areas including manufacturing, military operations and even third world development. Many of our graduates have earned graduate degrees in Environmental Engineering or obtained law degrees.
